April 4, 2008So wierd but yet pretty cool.......
Ok i got guitar legend Slash' s book called SLASH a few weeks ago and started reading it. Now so you won't think I was influenced I will tell you a small story. My brother takes my skateboard to annoy me and rides around on it in our neighborhood and so whn he comes back he leaves my skateboard in the middle of the garage and my mom came home and ran over it, so it broke. My dad won't buy me a new one and I don't have the money to buy a new board. So I got my BMX Bike fixed and started riding it and learning to wheelie longer. 2 weeks after that happened I got slash' book. I started reading it and he said that when he was 12 and 13 (my age) he was a Pro BMX Racer which is so wierd because I got into BMX plus I play guitar. He also lives in LA like I do lol. His parents were also divorced kinda like mine are so it feels like I have the same life like Slash did except the only difference is that I don't drink, smoke, take drugs, and get arrested lol......I have been caught by cops for skateboarding before lol OH and today a cop came up to me saying that I need to wea a helmet or he will give me a ticket lol I hate that rule. so any ways I thought that it was cool and weird that I like the same stuff Slash liked as a kid just i don't do the bad stuff that he did
